SUBSTITUTIONS
Photos on our website are representations of the items, however, occasionally we will need to substitute an individual item when it is no longer available as pictured. All items substituted will be of equal or greater value and will not affect the quality of the item purchased.

GUARANTEE
Your satisfaction is very important to us. We make every effort to ensure that your package arrives in excellent condition. Please report any damage that occurs during shipping to us immediately and we will make every effort to replace any damaged items.

SHIPPING
Most items are shipped either UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail. Small items like bookmarks and wrappers can be shipped standard mail/parcel post if desired. If there is anything we can do to assist you in meeting a special deadline, please let us know and we will work with you to make sure your items arrive in time.

PRIVACY POLICY
Any information you provide to us will be used only as required to process your order. We will never share, disclose or sell your information with any outside interest unless required by law.

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
For standard "goodie" items you can order any time using our on-line shopping cart. We accept credit/debit cards payments through Paypal.

For special order personalized products please contact us at info@happyjackdesigns.com and we will work with you on your special order. We can provide you with a digital proof for approval. Special order/custom items will be invoiced through Paypal prior to shipment.

IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER REQUIREMENT?
Nope. Happy Jack Designs is happy to create whatever you need. We can create single items, or large quantities. For large orders, please contact us and we will work with you on special pricing.

I HAVE AN EVENT IN A FEW DAYS. CAN YOU HELP?
While we will make every attempt to work within your time constraints, there are times when we will not be able to meet last minute requests. Please contact us and let us know what your requirements are and we will let you know if we can meet your deadline.

CAN I ORDER WRAPPED BARS?
At this time we sell only the wrappers for the candy products except for local pickup orders. We can provide you with everything you need to wrap your bars yourself, except the chocolate bars! Foil overwrap sheets are available, as well as glue sticks or tape runners. Wrappers are easy to apply, and complete instructions for wrapping are included with every order.

If you are in the Chicagoland area we can work with you to provide finished bars if desired. Contact us for information on pricing and pickup/delivery options.

WILL MY INFORMATION BE SAFE?
All orders are kept in the strictest confidence and your information will never be shared or sold unless required by law. Credit payment information is handled through Paypal and is never transmitted through Happy Jack Designs.

DO YOU CHARGE SALES TAX?
Yes, we are required to collect sales tax for sales in the state of Illinois.

CAN YOU INCLUDE A GIFT TAG?
Yes, gift tags can be added for $1.00. We will also hand write your personal message if desired.
